Choosing the right type of translation
The institution that will receive your document decides which type of translation you need. Polish authorities generally require a sworn translation by a translator registered in Poland. Sworn translation Polish – English
We specialize in sworn translation between Polish and English. Each translation carries the sworn translator’s signature and seal and is legally valid for Polish authorities. It is commonly needed for residence procedures, university admission, recognition of qualifications, civil status registration and employment.
Polish – German and Polish – French
We also translate between Polish and German, and between Polish and French. German legal and medical texts rely on long compound terms and strict grammar. Certificates from Poland and Ukraine
We can request the document for you, translate it, apostille it if required and deliver it.
Polish criminal record certificate (KRK). This is an official extract from the National Criminal Register, maintained under the Ministry of Justice. It is required for immigration, employment and residence procedures. A representative can apply for you under a power of attorney that doesn’t need notarizing, so you don’t need to appear in person. Ukrainian police certificate. This is issued by Ukraine’s Ministry of Internal Affairs and is required by immigration authorities in Canada, the USA, Germany, Poland and elsewhere. Birth certificates from Ukraine and Poland. You can request your own record or one for a close relative you’re entitled to request. For a Ukrainian record, you give us the date and place of birth, and our lawyer submits the request to the Civil Registry Office. Records from before 1948 require an archival request.
